Girls Basketball First Team

G MEGHAN TAIT Sr. Oxford -- Made everyone on the floor better, averaging over six assists per contest. In addition, she could shoot lights out, averaging better than 16 points a game. Her ability to drive or pull up and shoot the 3-pointer made her a tough matchup for any defense.

G MEGHAN KERRIGAN Jr. Downingtown East -- She moved without the ball exceptionally well, and her on-ball defense gave the opposition fits. Her nine points per game may not have been impressive, but her intangibles were immeasurable.

F KRISTEN BLYE Jr. Downingtown East -- Averaged 12 points and 6 rebounds a game, but was also a defensive force. Her post defense was intimidating and her back-to-the-basket moves were solid. Was the offensive centerpiece for the Cougars during their postseason run.

F ERIN MANN Jr. Villa Maria -- Matured nicely as the season progressed. By the time the postseason rolled around, she was an offensive juggernaut. She was determined on the post and developed into a solid shot blocker.

C SHANTE EVANS Jr. West Chester Henderson -- Created all sorts of problems for opposing defenses. She was clearly the most difficult matchup in Ches-Mont League. Averaged a hefty 25 points per game and also pulled down double-digit rebounds on a nightly basis.
