“Page Six Girl Calendar” Giveaway

I. ELIGIBILITY: The Trentonian’ “Calendar” Promotion is open to all U.S. residents. Employees, officers and directors (including without limitation their children, parents, siblings and spouses and/or individuals living in the same household) of the Journal Register Company, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible.
II. TO PLAY:
CALENDAR GIVEAWAY: Visit www.trentonian.com and complete an official entry form. All entries must be submitted online through The Trentonian’s website. Entries will be automatically entered into the system upon completion. All completed entries received during the promotion will be entered into the drawings. You may enter more than once.
PRIZE DRAWING:
CALENDAR GIVEAWAY: Every month, starting Monday October 8, 2007, a winner will be randomly selected from the submitted entries and posted online at www.trentonian.com. Individuals whose names appear on the site, must call 609-989-7800 on the day his or her name is posted to claim his or her prize. If the winner does not call on the day his or her name was posted as a winner, the prize will not be awarded and another winner will be chosen. Following the publication of the calendar in 2008, each winner will be instructed to report to The Trentonian to pick up his or her prize. All winners will be required to show photo ID when claiming his or her prize. No participant may win more than one prize during the contest.
III. ENTRY FORMS:
CALENDAR GIVEAWAY: Entry forms will be available online at www.trentonian.com. Only entries submitted online through www.trentonian.com are eligible. Participants may enter more than once.
IV. GAME PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: All prizes, 12 Calendars, will be given away to the winners following the publication of the calendars in 2008.
THE ACTUAL ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED AS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH 3 (“PRIZE DRAWING”).
V. GENERAL TERMS:
Taxes: Each prize winner shall bear sole responsibility for any and all local, state or federal taxes on prizes and any expenses not specified herein relating to winner’s acceptance and use of the prize.
Conditions of Participant: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees:
- That these rules and all related decisions of The Trentonian shall be final in all respects relating to this Promotion.
- To release, discharge, and hold harmless the Journal Register Company, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, shareholders, agents, and employees (collectively, “Releases”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from their participating in the Game or his or her acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage.
- To the announcement/use of his or her name, voice, image, and/or likeness for trade, advertising publicity, and promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) by The Trentonian and those acting pursuant to The Trentonian’s direction, in each case in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, without notice, review, or approval, and agree to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.
- That, in the event he or she wins a prize of $1,000 or more, he or she will complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. Failure to timely return documents or return of a prize notification or prize as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited. Releases are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) any human, typographical, printing or other error relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, processing of entries or requests for entry forms, the announcement of the prizes or in any Promotion-related materials; (b) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, stolen, delayed, or postage-due entries; or (c) any condition caused by events that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
- That The Trentonian reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion (or portion thereof), as determined by the Trentonian in its sole discretion. Entry forms become the property of the Trentonian and will not be returned. Entry forms are void if not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules, or if any part is forged, illegible, counterfeited, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, photocopied, altered, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors.
- Winners must comply with all contest rules or prizes will be forfeited. Winners agree to allow use of his or her names and pictures by The Trentonian for publicity purposes.
