Here are the scores and some notes from the early games at PSU:

Girls AA: Villa Maria Academy 56, York Catholic 51
Kayla McBride and Kaylyn Maruca scored 21 and 15 points respectively for the Victors, the District X champs who held a 32-17 halftime lead and never looked back. Kady Schrann scored 20 points for the Irish, the District Three champs.

Boys A: Girard College 80, Kennedy Catholic 70
Lance Devero led the Cavaliers with 20, and John Johnson wasn't far behind with 19 for the District One champions, who dispatched the District X champion Golden Eagles.
