What does the Phoenixville Regional Planning Commission mean to you?

	This is great; inter-regional cooperation is good and it will balance development in the region.
	It's good in theory, but I don't see the borough and the surrounding townships able to execute it.
	It can't work, the borough will end up getting stuck with all the urban sprawl.
