Money For Nothing
Monica Vitale, the alleged shoplifting granny who used her 4-year-old granddaughter to steal, thinks she has an excellent civil case against authorities for showing daughter's daughter on surveillance videotape.
"Money in my pocket," Vitale announced to the media.
Her mortified daughter might have a thing or two to say about that.
But you've gotta admit, Monica sure has a winning personality, doesn't she?

Only in America can a scumbag criminal turn their crime into an opportunity to sue.
Thank the Libs and lawyers.
Those accused of crimes –and certainly those convicted- should lose their right to sue as part of their punishment, much as they lose their right to vote.
She's got to be kidding. First, you have no expectation of privacy when you're out in public. Second, the action, if any, would belong to the child, and any recovery would be placed in trust for her.
Looks kinda old for being in her early fourties don't ya think?
I'm still thinking I'd rather have Monica as a grandmother vs Gil Spencer as a father.
