There you have it! Islam like Christianity, does not tolerate sin. However, Christians, unlike muslims, will not, as a general proposition, physically harm sinners. I have yet to hear of any Christian nations, notwithstanding the most heinous crimes, executing homosexuals, adulterers, or thieves (to name a few). Instead, Christians share the gospel with sinners in the hopes that the sinner sees the light and repents before they die. It is really simple. Christianity is a loving religion that loves the sinner but hates the sin.
Sodomy was a crime until the Supreme Court said you had a privacy right to do it (while also saying that you don't have a constitutional right to be homosexual). Sound familiar - think Roe v. Wade. It is, however a sin, as clearly stated in the Bible. Do you just refuse to read the Word? Or do you know what the Bible says and choose to ignore it?
As for ignorance or bigotry being a crime, do you really believe that people that have a religious or natural viewpoint that homosexuality is sin and unnatural should be prosecuted for their beliefs? What if you think that Hillary or Hussein Obama as President would be a very bad thing - should that be prosecuted as either being ignorant or bigoted? (There is woman and a black man - if only they were homosexual too).
One of the problems in the debate over these issues is that liberals throw around the ignorance, bigotry, hatred tags to vilify their opposition. Liberals have redefined disgreements as hate. That is not right and it is intellectually dishonest.
Lstly, were you devastated by the Commonwealth Court ruling that the sexual orientation portion of he ethnic intimidation statute is unconstitutional?
I believe in the Bible, and that it says numerous times that homosexuality is sin. It also says that many other behaviors are sin. Which religious books do you refer to? If the Old and New Testament say that homosexuality is sin, does that make all Christians bigots or haters? What about Jews and Muslims who also think it is sin? Aside from the Bible, if God made us in his image and made a man and woman, and allowed them to procreate, did God make a mistake in not allowing 2 men to procreate? Is sodomy natural?
Are people that believe in the New Testament anti-semetic too?
No one should ever hate, harm or discriminate against another because they are gay. Period. But that’s as far as it should go.
None of this celebrating the Gay Agenda and promoting the Gay Lifestyle as ‘just another perfectly normal lifestyle’ to school children and all that kinda crap. That sh!t’s gotta stop.
There is a big difference between mere toleration and celebration. And it’s time we got back to the former.
You can forget about trying to get through to Diano. He only comes here to argue with reasonable people. Then when you have proved all his arguments wrong, he doesn't show up for a few days and never responds. He'll never admit he's wrong, you just know you made your point with him when he stops responding.
Just as with every Lib. It doesn’t matter how much logic and reason you slap them around with, they’ll never change what they know to be right. Their feelings have already told them all they need to know and there’s no changing that. Them “progressives” sure are a closed-minded bunch.
You have pointed out the weakness of liberalism. That is, they will tell you they are right, yet never back it up with a rational argument. Too bad for David, I would like to know who influenced him to think the way that he thinks.
In my law practice, liberalism is pervasive in our Bar, and conservative lawyers, with conservative beliefs are shunned for the sake of being shunned.
Very rarely will liberal lawyers ever engage in a debate with a reasoned argument supporting liberalism, and the lawyers that do have conservative leanings will pat you on the back when noone is looking to tell you "good job".
That’s because there is no reasoned arguments to support Libism. It’s all about feelings and that often runs counter to things like logic and common sense. Them right-brainers are a mess.
Sounds like you’ve got yourself a little Hollywood there with a Reverse Black List in place and all, Mr. S.

Sounds good to me.
You'd think U.S. Libs would be up in arms over this.
Libs don't get mad at anybody but republicans and people with common sense. This is crazy people acting crazy so they are fine with it.
