Shooting Questions
One thing jumped out at me from Rose Quinn's account of the shooting ("Bullets Fly") in Chester.
"When one of the shooters — a juvenile who is out on bail awaiting trial involving a school bus shooting last year — turned his gun on police during a subsequent pursuit, the officer fired back, injuring three in the car."
I hope someone finds out a little more about this juvenile and how he was involved in the school bus shooting. And, more importantly, why he was out on bail pending trial.

I hope so too. This is what I was referring to the other day. Here is one "stat" of how existing gun laws are not being enforced properly. This kid can not buy a gun, own a gun or carry a gun per existing gun laws. He has already committed other crime(s) with a gun unlawfully. Yet he continues to get guns unlawfully and use them unlawfully. What good is it to make more laws for him to break? More laws will effect me, but they won't effect him. He does not care about the law. Lock him up under existing laws, for the crimes he has already committed and throw away the key before he kills someone. No plea, no deals, just a trial and conviction and a lengthy sentence. We don't need more laws.
