A Non-Moving Violation
At the Healthplex in Springfield, a guy with a badge on his coat was writing down the license plate of a car parked in a handicapped space, apparently illegally.
"What's that cost?" I asked as I walked by.
The cop barely looked up.
"We just tell their mothers," he said. "It's worse."
Much.

Given Dave’s level of displayed Libism, I think he should qualify for a handicapped spot here at Spencerblog.
After all, shouldn’t the mentally handicapped be accommodated too?
