What adolescent boy of a bygone era didn’t order x-ray glasses from the back of a comic book with prepubescent dreams of viewing the finer sex through their garments? Ah, memories…
All of us heterosexuals wanted a pair of x-ray glasses. The homosexuals just wanted each other so that they could touch (literally) their inner most feelings.
come on guys, do you ever take a step back and laugh for a minute, or is everything "Crossfire" for you?
The x-ray glasses are a great memory of a more innocent youth, one without political squabbles and conspiracy theories. I knew boys who grew up to become democrats/republicans/independents/anarchists/etc who believed just as I did that those things would work, throwing away the paper route money for a brief failure.
Those old ads in the back of comic books were legendary. Spencer, if you come across any, you should post them! I'm overdue on orders for itching powder and stink bombs!
Boy, Dave can ruin any thread with his offensive invective. Why so angry, Dave? And still hung up on the distant past… Maybe it’s time to speak with a professional about some of your issues. We'll have a cyber coming out party for you!
Nowadays, were a kid to look at girls with x-ray glasses the Lib Law Professors would likely slap them with a sexual harassment suit. Lawyers ruin everything. No wonder they’re Libs…

Judging by how militantly Dave defends his gay buddies, I suspect ol’ Dave was looking not at girls with his x-ray glasses. (wink)

There was even a spoof on the decoder ring in "A Christmas Story". Diano, get a grip!
