That the Liberal Press gave Obama a pass on this is just more evidence of their protecting their Affirmative Action Candidate.
and his policy once war began was unconditional surrender.
Hey, this is just like Barry Hussein Obama’s war policy! Only under Obama’s it would be the U.S. doing the surrendering to his Muslim brothas. We should not let ourselves be blackmaled in such a way.
The reason why someone was against the war from the beginning is more important than the fact that they were.
Technically a "recession" is two straight quarters (3 month periods) of GDP decline. Per the BEA, the US GDP has grown in the Q4 2007 and Q1 2008.
Could you please explain how there is "effectively" a recession?
Since you scored in the 99.9 percentile on the GMAT and pulled a double degree from Cornell in a four year period (also stating going to HBS, Stanford, or Wharton for an MBA is below you), I'd think you'd know what a recession is.
Guess not.
And please don't pull any wikipedia quotes to try and back this argument up.

"Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it."
This is one of the more childish often repeated childish Lib lines. It has no place in public discourse today.
