Playing the Guilt Card

Obama says Republicans will use race to stoke fear.

He, on the other hand, will only use race to make white people feel guilty enough to vote for him, while garnering 96 percent of the black vote.

Smart guy.

Gee, a black public figure using the Race Baiting Card to cast guilt and paint himself as a sympathetic victim. What else is new? Some "change" that.

No, DD, blacks have overwhelmingly backed black Obama just and only because he and they are black. This "historic" election has exposed the broad black racism in America that many knew was there all along. Kinda hard to hide it now.

It's an historic election. Obama is viewed by many ... as a fulfillment of the civil rights struggle

Right. Thus making him the Black Affirmative Action Candidate, just as I have been saying all along and apologist you have been denying. And certainly that is no reason to elevate unqualified him to the Oval Office. That's just apologist Lib nuts, White Guilt run amok.

Dave

Good point. I'm sure some folks on this blog would find it hard to believe, but there was a time during the primary that blacks favored Hillary over Obama. I copied this from the Daily News Washington bureau-

WASHINGTON - Black voters are betting on Hillary Clinton over her Democratic rival Barack Obama to fix Iraq, Social Security and health care, a new poll shows.

On those three key issues cited as most important by the 750 African-Americans polled, Clinton's ratings are nearly double Obama's, the only black person running for President.

She also beat him on overall favorability, 83% to 74%, according to the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies poll.

Fact checking or fact cherry picking? Here are some facts for you...

All your dishonst apologist spin won’t change the fact that blacks overwhelmingly play racially partisan politics, DD. Hell, in just about everything they do they invoke race where it has no place. So why would anyone think they wouldn’t do the very same when it comes to voting? Lol…

In story after story we see blacks declaring their support for they black brotha Obama. Kinda hard to spin that. On the national TV show the View the black chick declared that she was ‘tired of white folks presidents and wanted a president that looked like her’ (and didn’t lose her job). Just the very same words and attitudes that were they held and uttered by whites would rightly be called racism. Even on a local level, when Gil visited that black barbershop in Chester he reported that some of them admitted they wanted Obama only because he and they are black.

Just as blacks always blindly vote for a fellow black in Philly mayoral races shows the raw, unapologetic, overt black racial politics alive and well there that continue the racial divide. And who can forget brotha Mayor John Street bellowing to a black audience that “Da brothas and da sistas is runnin dis city!” to thunderous applause –and he didn’t get driven from office for such a raw display of racism as he would have if he were white.

Let’s be clear: To vote FOR someone only because of their race is JUST AS WRONG as NOT voting for them only because of their race. Period. Doesn’t matter if it’s whites or blacks doing it, it is the same thing: racism.

Blacks are largely unapologetic about their overt racism, particularly in this election. They don’t have to be, they have guilt-ridden useful idiots like you to do the apologizing and promoting the Racial Double Standard for them!

The real lesson here is how we cannot trust a single word from dishonest apologist Libs like you. But then, everyone already knew this too.

Hmm, let's see... I post things like this:

"Let’s be clear: To vote FOR someone only because of their race is JUST AS WRONG as NOT voting for them only because of their race. Period. Doesn’t matter if it’s whites or blacks doing it, it is the same thing: racism."

While you want your Affirmative Action Candidate inserted into the White House only because he is black, as well you ever give overt black racism a pass...

And somehow that makes me the "racist"??
Lol... If you say so, DD. I'll let others decide.

"Being called a racist by a rabid apologist means nothing." ~Me

Umm, you are the one who insists on treating blacks like retarded children that require never ending codling and special assistance. That’s pretty racist if ya ask me, and certainly more racist than anything I have ever posted. So much for treating them as "equals". If I were black I know I would be highly offended by this.

I judge Obama on his ideas and policies

This is another blatant lie by Apologist Dishonest Dave Diano. You were fully committed to him long before you even knew what his ideas and policies were, because he is black. You said yourself that inserting your Black Candidate would be the long desired realization of blahblahblah. Such clinging-to-the-past affirmative action has no place in presidential politics, liar.

Do you honestly think that anyone believes you when you say such things, given the fact that you are a radical apologist? Somehow we’re to expect that you magically let that go when it comes to politics, as we're to expect that bitter blacks let their racism go when they enter the voting booth?? Lol…

Blacks need a level playing field. It's not special treatment to compensate for the special treatment whites get by default.

Says who? And who says it's our government's job to do this for them?
Nah, all real obsticles have been removed but blacks just like to wallow in their grievence and soak in the gifts you apologist want to give them for eternity.

Yes, all legal obsticles have been removed. There is no longer government sanctioned discrimination. They already have equal protections. You want more than "equal" for them. And there is nothing equal about that.
You, like bitter blacks, are stuck in the slavery mentality. Time to evolve and get into 2008.

Oh, blacks get plenty of funding to help solve their self wrought problems. Too much. All the while hating the white hand that feeds them.

Umm, Dishonest Apologist Dave, black neighborhoods have gotten plenty of reparation$ help from whitey. Plenty. A great amount of tax dollars have been dumped into urban black holes over the years. They destroy what they are given and we rebuild it again. All the while they remain bitter ingrates. At some point we should learn and stop the cycle.

Here's what Pat Buchana has to say about it:

First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known.

Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American.

Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up blacks than white Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ’60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream.

Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks — with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas — to advance black applicants over white applicants.

Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.

We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?

Barack talks about new “ladders of opportunity” for blacks.

Let him go to Altoona and Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for “deserving” white kids.

Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America’s fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?

Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?

As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?

Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?

We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.

Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.
