Dems Look For Cover on Drilling

John Shadegg exposes the Democratic vote on off-shore drilling for what it is: a sham to provide political cover before the election while doing the bidding of anti-drilling environmentalists.

7th District Congressional Candidate Craig Williams is trying to hammer this as well.

"This bill is nothing more than a sham designed to provide political
cover for endangered Democrats like Joe Sestak," said Williams, in a press release. "This bill does little to increase access to
domestic energy resources while locking away access to the most
promising areas of oil recovery off our coasts. It locks away forever
access to 97 percent of the oil resources off the coast of California -
more than 10 billion barrels of oil. It also blocks access to drilling
of the coast of Alaska, fertile grounds for oil recovery that has never
before been restricted."

Makes you wonder if House Dems are banking the Country's future on the "Chevrolet Volt" alone.

Another Lying Lib charade. Is there no end to the LibDems abuses of power for political gamesmanship? This should be illegal. And the Lib Media should more clearly spell out for the voters just what has underhandedly taken place here.

And when do we outlaw Lib lobbyist groups who hold too much power in Washington, like the Environmental whackos who control the Left side of Congress? Funny how we never hear about barring these $pecial intere$t groups$.

Recall how when the Dems took control of Congress, out of the woodwork came every radical whacko Far Liberal activist group looking to get their extremist agendas implemented by their sympathetic LibDem buddies who could now call the shots. Hell, now it seems they have their hands firmly up Puppet Pelosi’s and Puppet Reid’s butts making them talk.
It is no wonder that Congress has the lowest approval rating on record –well below even the much reviled Bush’s.

From radicals like MoveOn.org to Enviro freaks, why should small bands of radicals hold so much power and sway over our entire country? With San Fran and Mass Lib kooks blindly voting Lib for years on end and blacks blindly voting black, keeping unfit scumbags like Rangel in seniority power for years on end, it is clearly time to institute term limits in Congress in an effort to limit the damage such partisan dopes cause our nation and society.

Right now the Radical Liberal kooks in San Francisco control BOTH houses of Congress. Seems to me this should be illegal or at least against congressional rules to let one small nutty area of the country hold so much sway over the 299,000,000 rest of us.

By law a president and vice president can’t even be from the same state but the House and Senate can be controlled by Libs from the same city? Nah. This has gotta change.

Maybe there’s something in the water out there? Maybe our government should put something in the water out there? ;)

So the LibDems, beholden to the shrill Environmental Kook Lobby, have reluctantly decided to let the offshore oil drilling ban expire. While they did this not for clarity of vision but rather for political points in this election season, the results are the same: The LibDonkeys lost and the Repubs and America won.

Now let’s watch as the Liars reenact the ban once Obama is in office and the election is safely behind them.
They’ll hang the reenactment of the ban on some vague new Lying Lib environmental “study”. Say ya saw it here first!

So let’s recap in simple terms… Turns out this ban lifting is nothing more than yet another dishonest election season charade by the filthy Lying LibDems in Congress.
See, while they indeed let the ban expire, they also snuck in many unreasonable restrictions which will, for all practical purposes and by Lying LibDem design, further limit access and render the oil fields virtually unusable.
But this way the LibDems can claim that they “jumped onboard domestic drilling”, like 85% of Americans wanted, and gain their votes while still not really letting us drill, thereby keeping the small but powerful Environmental Kooks Lobby $pecial interest$ to which they are beholden happy.
Anymore, such LibDem legislative gamesmanship and abuses of power have become commonplace. Why isn’t this illegal?
Are these the sort of dishonest people we want running our country?
