Upper Darby Police Super Mike Chitwood lays into the parents of a 3-month old baby who was nearly beaten to death.

It's their lack of cooperation that makes him angry.

"I'm outraged and saddened that a 3-month-old infant can sustain these types of injuries and the parents do not come forth with information. It's sad when you don't get the cooperation of the parents. The investigation is not getting the help we need. I don't know why they are not talking."
