On To a Balanced Budget
The AP reports:
HARRISBURG, Pa. - Gov. Ed Rendell is slashing at least $128 million more in state spending as Pennsylvania's financial outlook continues to unravel amid a deepening global financial plunge.
Rendell announced the budget cuts Wednesday in response to foundering state revenue collections that are $658 million behind expectations.
To date, Rendell has announced about $439 million in spending cuts.
Only $219 million to go.

Spencer, Rendell can easily solve the bidget crisis by three methods:
1) Donate "Eagles Post Game Live" Salary to the commonwealth
2) Stop having his driver run "Keystone One" at 90 mph down the Pa turnpike so he can be back in Philadelphia for 90% of his term as governor.
3) Reinstate the Wawa "Rendelli", proceeds benefit our financial crisis.
Also, he should make more off-beat comments, maybe he'll become a celebrity for it.
