The Phillies ace went on a New York sports radio program yesterday and was led right down the path into doing something you usually avoid: Providing bulletin board material for your foes. Hamels was asked if he thought the Mets had choked the last two years. He kind of indicated that he did. So the announcer sought to make it clear, and Hamels walked right into it. He pronounced that yes, the Mets were chokers. Throw another log on that Mets-Phils rivalry.
