Great post but you forgot the two things PA and Rendell are hoping to solve all these problems...the lottery and the revenue of the casinos.

If everyone starts betting today, we may be able to keep people in their homes and children going to school.

It is time for this Stimulus plan to work or it will all be lady luck who decides.
