State Sen. John Rafferty, R-44th Dist., and state Rep. Tom Quigley, R-146th Dist., will offer a Republican perspective on Gov. Ed Rendell's annual budget address.

The governor has proposed a $29 billion budget for the fiscal year starting July 1.
