Mayor gets a pass

Ed, I’m calling about the City Council wanting Santiago to live in Trenton. Why are they being so hard on him and not the mayor? Palmer is the head of the city and he should be required to live here also.
Homer
Palmer has a house here. Short of tracking him with a homing beacon, it’s hard to prove where he “lives.”—Ed. Note

Ed. I'm confused, who runs who Does Palmer run city council, or does city council run Palmer. If the latter is true and city council has the power to tell Palmer what to do, they should demand that he and Santiago live in the city. A police officer parked in front of Palmer's so-called home doesn't mean Palmer lives there. Tell you what show up at 2:30 a.m. asking for a cup of suger and see if he answers the door. He shouldn't any trouble answering the door, after all there's an officer sitting right out side.
