Deadbeats

Ed, that headline in BackTalk should not have said “Bad Dads” it should have said “Deadbeats.” There are plenty of women who don’t pay support also. Like my ex-wife, she owes me $9,000. Also the probation department does do their job — I call my case worker, they suspend my ex-wife’s license, they issue a warrant and pick her up. My wife lost her license seven times last year and the judge reinstated it every time. The judge should work for free and see how it feels not to be paid.
Unpaid
What does the judge know that you aren’t telling us?—Ed. Note

Oh you silly blogger you, obviously your ex wife wouldn't do you any good behind bars making no money. State law reinstates her license in hopes of her getting a job & paying back what's owed with retroactive.Employers are supposed to withhold wages, now unless she is working under the table, then nothing can be withheld. At least be thankful she isn't living in your household anymore. Lesson learned wouldn't you say?

Your wife may be running the catch and release game with the courts. Meaning, she doesn't pay, they suppend her license. She gets a job she gets her license back. She doesn't continue to pay, her license are suppened again. During this time, you aren't getting any current or back support. Why would a woman go to all this trouble (because the child support clock continues to tick) to keep money from her child.Sounds like some sort of vendetta against you to me.
