2. Bishop McDevitt, 7-0, 124.
3. Penn Manor, 7-0, 115.
4. West York, 7-0, 110.
5. Cumberland Valley, 6-1, 98.
6. Central York, 6-1, 92.
7. Muhlenberg, 5-2, 85.
8. Central Dauphin, 5-2, 84.
9. Dallastown, 5-2, 82.
9. Governor Mifflin, 5-2, 82.
11. Elizabethtown, 5-2, 80.
