Fulmer was charged with homicide by vehicle; homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol; aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence; driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; reckless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

At the arraignment, Fulmer was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.

Long time reader. I wish that the Columbia Ledger would go beyond what the police give them and get down and dirty and get what really happened. The police just give the surface stuff. You need to have an "in" with the cops to get what really happened here. It's not that hard.
But I do like the paper, just wish you can give readers the story behind the story.
