Little Dem Integrity on Voter ID

My print column on Steve Barrar's Voter ID law is up.

The Dems look like idiots defending voting fraud. Even Jimmy Carter understands that protecting the integrity of the ballot box is essential to democratic self rule.

But since Ed Rendell opposed it before the Supreme Court decision making clear such laws are constitutional, he's stuck with his dumb partisan position.

And Thaddeus Kirkland is left comparing Voter ID to slavery.

Pathetic.

I think it would be equally unconstitutional if someone else utilized my right to vote.

I won't bother to look them up, but the easy way to quell the racist/unconstitutional issue is to make non-drivers licneses free of charge. I'm sure the Commonwealth can afford it with the money coming in from Spain.

Fast Eddie is a partisan scumbag of the lowest order.
And we can always count on that idiot black racist Kirkland to offensively toss in the Race Card in a childish effort to elevate the level of shrill in virtually any discussion. He’s forever comparing things to “slavery”. He’s got a real problem …and he’s making his problem ours. And this racial rabble rousing coming not from a Sharpton or a Jackson but from an elected official.
This racial partisan should be censured and charged with ethnic intimidation for all the harm he causes by ever stoking baseless racial suspicions.

All their spinning and contorting in no way can hide the fact that they are defending voter fraud, of which the Dems overwhelmingly benefit. They may as well just come out and admit it. But then that might end up costing them votes…

These are the same folks who advocate letting criminals and illegal aliens vote.
It is also worth noting that the highest concentrations of dependable Dem voters are in the most crime-ridden urban areas of our country. Yep, scumbags and Dems, perfect together.

Good article, G. But as often is the case, you didn’t go quite far enough in your condemnation.
