Someone needs to put that zipper on the PASB, Main St. Mgr, Mr. Krack and the members of Council who bucked the trend to hold the line on taxes and increase our taxes. This unfortunately would also include Mayor Scoda for breaking the tie for the tax increase.
I have no idea what this means.
I'm relatively sure that I am not alone.
Would you care to clarify for anyone viewing?
Ahhhh, now we get it. You meant "PASD Spokesman", and not "Phoenixville Borough Council Spokesman".
