Items to be considered:
1. Access for big rigs during Dogwood festival.
2. Access for emergency equipment for residents of the area.
3. 2nd Ave is a major thoroughfare from Nutt Road to Star Street, therefore the possibility of making 3rd Ave one-way in opposite direction from 1st Ave in order to handle traffic from the now closed 2nd Ave must be considered. This would possibly create problems for residents of 1st and 3rd Avenues, especially in a winter snowstorm.
4. Iron company deed restrictions.
5. Pennsylvania code regarding building atop sewer and other utilities.
