Plymouth Meeting, PA – Friends Life Care, a member based continuing care retirement community “without walls” is pleased to announce its 4th annual awards program to honor exceptional home health aides. These aides are the unsung heroes of the home health care industry, demonstrating their professionalism by the quality of care they provide our members.

Best of Friends Home Health Aide Awards Program will take place at noon on November 18, 2009 at The Brownstone at Sunrise of Abington, 1801 Susquehanna Avenue Abington, PA 19001. In preparation for the event, enrolled members currently receiving care and the care coordinators nominated hourly and/or live-in aides who have given exemplary care.

Awardees are nominated based on service given to members of Friends Life Care between June 30, 2008 and July 1, 2009. All aides nominated will receive Honorable Mention. 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place winners in each of the two categories are invited to the luncheon as guests of Friends Life Care and will be given a cash award.
