The Boyertown Mites White Varsity team recently faced off against the Spring-Ford Rams. Part of the Reading Berks Youth Football League, the Boyertown team plays through the Boyertown Optimist Football Organization built as a feeder team for future levels of area football.

The Coventry Football league held its first game for 11 and 12-year-olds, the first time the group has fielded a team that age. The team competed against Exeter.
