Addict Needs Advice
Hi, Ed, I’d like to know if there’s anyone out there who can help us find help for a heroin addiction problem. The person has no insurance. Does anyone know where this person can get help?

Hi Ed, in response to the addict who needs advice. I would recommend looking into any type of Rescue Mission, as well as any Christian recovery program. These programs do not require any insurance and will help dramatically in many aspects. I recently did 6 months in a Rescue Mission in Albany, NY and it didnt cost me a penny. There are missions in Trenton,Paterson, Newark, and many other cities in this area. I hope this helps.
There is a methadone clinic on Perry Street off Rt.1.

He can go to Philadelphia, say he is homeless and let himself be placed into one of their cities D and A program
my daughter was on herion for five years everyday i looked for help, good luck, she has since passed from a overdose she was 21
