Rats and Roaches
Ed, my apartment complex is full of rats and roaches, and the landlord does nothing. She is a slumlord. The maintenance is no good either. This building needs to be closed up.

The City won't do anything. And if they do it will take months. Spruill is a waste. Contact environmental protection, public advocate or civil rights. When they arrive call the papers and ABC News. If the slum lords want to neglect tenants, they'll have to tell these agencies why.
