Ed, I went to the fireworks show over at Veterans Park the other day. The music was fine, the food was great, the people were great. I have been going each year to this event. What happened with the fireworks this year? It seemed like the people shooting off the fireworks wanted to get it done in a hurry. They were shooting off four or five shells at a time. The whole thing only took 20 minutes. That part was lousy.

Well, there are two schools of thought on that. These guys were obviously going with the grand-finally-style big-bang theory over the drag-it-out-and-make-it-last approach. The real solution to make everyone happy is more fireworks, but that means more money. Start a foundation. —Ed. Note
