Chasing Records

Ed, loved Jeff Edelstein’s column and jokes about the Tiger Woods situation. I agree with Jeff. Apparently Tiger has lost sight of his goals and is no longer interested in breaking Jack Nicklaus’ record of winning 18 major golf championships and instead is chasing Wilt Chamberlain’s self-stated record of bedding 20,000 women in his lifetime. God bless Mary of Tender Hearts for all of the wonderful work she does year to year. Merry Christmas, Ed, to you and your entire staff, number one in the region, and to all your loyal readers too.
Holiday Cheer
Man, what a segue. From Wilt’s sexploits right to the Tender Hearts. Somewhere Mary is blushing. —Ed. Note

Who said Tiger lost sight of his goals? He had affairs, as did so many others. Who says he won't break Nicholaus record,YOU? Tiger Woods is his own industry, He makes millions of dollars for alot of people. Those people could care less about his personal life. Their only interested in his golf game, which is the best. This too will pass ask: Bill Clinton, Kobe Bryant, Charles Barkley, Rush Limbaugh. Hugh Grant, Magic Johnson, David Letterman, John Edwards, Michael Vick, Michael Phelps. Marv Albert, Rudi Giuliani, Elliot Spitzer, Jim McGeevey,John McCain, (could have asked (John and Robert Kennedy, Alex Rodriquez, Bill Cosby, Mark McGuire or Clarence Thomas. It shall pass. As Charles Barkley stated, when he was caught, "he's not a role model, he's a basketball player". People should be a role model to their own kids. Whatever sponsor Tiger has lost will be replaced by another. Seems the good ole boy PGA club 'destroy him' plan backfired. Nobody's getting the money they did when Tiger was on the course. People just don't have the enthusiam they did when Tiger was playing. Tigers fidelity should be between him and his family, not us. Check on your better half, you may be surprised.
