Hughes is nearly doubling Janice Mitchell Mintz with more than half the districts reporting, and Keith Hamilton and Anthony Carabelli have more-than-comfortable leads over their challengers.
This is off-topic, but...I'm researching a story that occurred around September, 2005 regarding a bomb scare at a local refinery. Something to the effect that a "suspicious" package was mailed to the refinery and the local authorities decided to blow it up. Please reply to Jim.
