First a bomb threat...now a pedophile! What the Hell is in the water over there in Boyerstown?!? I thought the only thing the city was known for is being the town where, once you realize you live there, you understand that your fate is sealed for never having a career, life or reason to live.

That's the ironic thing about small towns, Quakertown Kid. People assume that all the action takes place in the big cities and people piss all over those of us that live in tiny towns like we're nobodys. But as a resident of Shamokin (born and bred), I can personally say that we're somebodys and things happen here too and when they do, it's bigger news because when something happens, we all know the place or the person. If something happens in NYC, no one living there knows each other, so it's not as much of a big deal.

Long live John Cougar ("I'll die in a small town!')

The man should be strung up with his testicles exposed and citizens throughout Boyertown should be allowed to pick up one stone and throw it at him. We can't allow the laws of today to handle these things because those laws do not work and our overcrowded penal system proves it. You never saw pedophiles in Biblical times because they were cast out.

We had one of them porn molesters in my hometown five years back. Liked to look at animals. Nothing too graphic or nothing. Just the type of stuff you might see at the zoo when they let the animals do what they do. But he used to collect the pictures. Can't say it was wrong, but I can't says that it was right neither. Just thought I'd voice my opinion.

Agreed. Like we don't already know we live in a one-horse town, it seems the last important things to happen around here is some perv had porn on his computer, and a reporter got drunk at a reception.

If that's the biggest news we've had in five days, I need to check out now.

Hmmmm...where did I put my copy of Final Exit?

I agree. Unlike the rest of the bloggers on this site who take the time to actually 'write' a blog, this guy's blog is nothing more than cut and paste news articles. What the heck?!? This editor is putting about as much time and attention to his blog as Gary Busey does to his hairstyle. I'm heading back where the copy is hot and the blogger is even hotter... can you say Tass-Tastic?

Has it been almost a week now and nothing has happened in Northeast PA? Where are the fresh posts? Surely, some farmer must have gotten his hand caught in an auger or something by now.

Sorry... I just saw Iron Man and I haven't been since excited about a superhero movie since Batman and that's a line from the movie. Ironic, isn't it?
