A Tale of Two Parties
Ron Coleman has a pretty good blog and a pretty funny (and accurate) morning after analysis of the election.
Here are two of his observations:
Given that it can’t be replaced, the GOP must be rebuilt from the ground up. A total loss of political power was the only way this was going to happen.
The most painful thing about this is not that the other side won, but that so very many of them are such absolute insufferable asses.

spoken like an "absolutely insufferable ass" who supported the extreme right-wing agenda that was so roundly defeated in the first place
such a rebuild of the party would leave people like you in the wilderness (or in permanent defeat, should your kind prevail in the internal struggle to define the GOP)
The most painful thing about this is not that the other side won...
...but that they did it so dishonestly and underhandedly.
At least we got the Affirmative Action presidency out of the way. Maybe now bitter blacks and their Liberal apologists will move on. But not likely. There's still plenty of racial leveraging to be done.
anonymous-ano,
Why even bother posting anonymously, just use your ID. Now we have an extreme left wing agenda to consider for two years before a mid-term reshaping comes about.
