A second look at Time

Seeing how each piece deteriorates throughout the seasons makes time the focal point of the exhibit.

Mike Ross' "Reflection Recreation" is a mylar tree and a man-made twin mylar which is suspend above it. As the planted mylar grows it will eventually swallow the twin, in my mind, proving that earth, nature and God will always be stronger than man.
My column will be out this coming Wednesday. Until then check out Art Thou: Enduring the Visuals of Time.

We have just launched a text messaging scavenger hunt of the Sculpture Park. It is a really great new way to experience the sculptures. Anyone can play. Just text the keyword SCULPTUREPARK to 728647 when you are on site and the game will begin!
