A second look at Time

In my upcoming column, I take a trip back to the Abington Arts Center to have a second look at the Endurance: Visualizing Time exhibit.

Seeing how each piece deteriorates throughout the seasons makes time the focal point of the exhibit.

Mike Ross' "Reflection Recreation" is a mylar tree and a man-made twin mylar which is suspend above it. As the planted mylar grows it will eventually swallow the twin, in my mind, proving that earth, nature and God will always be stronger than man.

My column will be out this coming Wednesday. Until then check out Art Thou: Enduring the Visuals of Time.
