PAL Sports Expo

PHILADELPHIA –Thousands of spectators, exhibitors, athletes, and their families will converge on the Valley Forge Convention Center for two days of world-class sports competitions, health screenings, healthy cooking demo’s and fitness seminars.
The 2010 Philly Sports Extravaganza featuring MMA Expo is the greatest sports and fitness experience in the Delaware Valley. The event is dedicated to help everyone start off their New Year’s Resolution with inspiration, perspiration and motivation to achieve all of their health and fitness goals!
“Everyone Deserves to be a Champion” –
Catch all the up-close excitement of fifteen action-packed sports and fitness events including, Olympic-style, weightlifting, strong man, and boxing with more than 1,000 competitors. New to this year is the amazing MMA Expo’s Combative Sports line-up, The Tokey Hill Challenge includes: OTM Grappling, USA Karate, Open Karate, USA Boxing, MMA Referee clinic and MMA Seminars with celebrities, Don’t miss it! Along with the MMA Expo’s diverse exhibitors the Philly Sports Expo’s Health & Fitness Marketplace offers the latest in fitness equipment, apparel, and nutritional supplements and non-stop fitness entertainment. Every event offers the opportunity for up-close and personal sightings and interaction with sports stars, celebrities and fitness personalities; traditional martial arts word champions Tokey Hill and Jimmy Pedro from Zebra mats along with Master Michael Graves and Master Jose Torres will be on hand. MMA champions Cung Le, Sean Sherk, Shonie Carter and Matt Hamill along with World Champion and just added UFC Hall of Famer, Ultimate Fighting Champion Dan Severn will be signing autographs all weekend for free. New sports this year also include the Mid Atlantic Cheerleading & Gymnastics Championships, Old Time Feats of Strength, Olympic Lifting Competition, USA Boxing and Submission Grappling.

The Philadelphia Sports Extravaganza will again present the FAME North East Bodybuilding, Figure and Bathing Suit Model Championships and the Battle of the TITANS Arm Wrestling and Strong Man Contests.
The show hours are Saturday, January 9th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with the Celebrity Meet and Greet party starting at 8pm and Sunday January 10th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tickets are priced at $20 for adults, with children 12 and under admitted for free . Tickets purchased in advance online are priced at $15. Celebrity Meet and Greet Tickets are $50.00 per person
