Actually, yes he did. And the lucky lady is ... co-star and fellow pro-dancer Karina Smirnoff.



Maksim, 28, popped the question on New Year's Eve, according to E! News. The two have been working together on the DWTS tour. Not long ago, Karina, 30, was dating her star partner from 2006, Mario Lopez. But the couple broke up last summer after a two-year fling.

No date has been set yet for the nuptials -- so I still have time!
