Have you been Rickrolled?

Were you one of the 9,094,564 You Tubers to watch the 1987 music video for Rick Astley's pop hit "Never Gonna Give You Up"? More importantly, did you watch it involuntarily yesterday when you were searching for another video? If so, you've been Rickrolled.

From what I've gathered, Rickrolling started sometime in 2007 with people posting the video online under a misleading title. You Tube execs Chad Hurley and Steve Chen decided to get in on the joke for April Fools' Day '08.

The video is deliciously cheesy ... and secretly catchy to many.
