Power of the pulpit

Ed., where were the ministers who asked for an apology to Lofton because he was portrayed as a clown, but they never came out for the children. How can they defend an adult, who can defend himself, but not the students, when their records were tampered, when 10th-graders were at the Sherman Avenue campus illegally, when students had to take additional courses to graduate, when course schedules were not ready in September? The ministers should stick to Sunday sermons because their priorities are all mixed up. How can you defend adults but you won’t defend children? What kind of ministers are they?
Heretic
The ministers are distinguished gentlemen who strive to do the Lord’s work, so they deserve respect. That said, you’ve got a point here. Some of the ministers told The Trentonian that they would have focused on the school fiasco but they were sidetracked by the more pressing concern of blasting the newspaper for its irreverent portrayal of an important authority figure.— Ed. Yes where were the ministers, and where are they now. Nothing legitimate has happened to the idiots that used the students at Sherman Ave. Or has the business of church taken up so much time counting money, this very important issue slipped by. Seems to me the only time the ministers float to the top is when realestate issues become revelant. The ministers spoke more than their minds when it come to the Leewood Project in South Trenton.
But then we know no one really wants to use the church's money on caring for kids. City council made some sort of a stink about criminal charges. But we all know now that was just another, look at me, elect me ploy. Everyone made out in this except the students. Yes we all realize that they were possbly not the best or brightest students, but they still deserve a chance to succeed. What has happened to the people responsible to educate them. Nothing, nothing at all. Palmer the worst of all leaders was outraged when classes assignments were not properly distributed. But, many students grades were falsified and he simply let nature take it's course, and things died down. Palmer has hinted that he's finished with Trenton and intends to do something bigger and better for himself. Well this was convenient. He's leaving, just as he's being put out. Palmer as well as everything he touches is fake.
