Again Councilwoman Lartigue is looking in the wrong direction. No one would be foolish enough to think a person will abide by someone else's decision of how they should dress. I would think the councilwoman would have more to say about the votes she hopes to receive should she decide to run for office again. The council woman seems to spend alot of time on cruise control, while the real issues lay dormant. Anyone exercising their legitimate right to vote, should expect that elected official to make their lives and the community in which they live in better. Spending time on an attempt to make some kid pull his pants up is a blatant waste of time. She should stop hiding behind these nonsense issues and do some real work for her constituents. When will these elected officials do the job they were elected to do and stop hiding behind their weak words and even weaker excuses. She should be ashamed.
