Dumb guv

Hey, Ed, Corzine is an idiot. If he wants to balance the budget, all he has to do is hire 10,000 traffic police. They will pay for themselves in a week. And we’ll have a surplus. Or we could take down all the street signs, which are made out of aluminum. We could sell them for scrap because nobody pays attention to them.
Scrap Heap
Right — who needs new tolls or taxes when we can just maximize fees and penalties? Let the good times roll. Meanwhile, let’s melt everything that can be melted and sell all of it. It’s amazing no one thought of this sooner.— Ed. Note

if the Governor is looking for ways to save on the state budget, he just needs to audit the payroll recoreds at Trenton Paychiatric hospital. The budget is a deep hole that pays people to work over-time when they occupy salaried positions and earn OT to the tune of $40./hr. while doing no work. Additionally, you have so-called Assistant directors fulfilling "clerk" activities while being paid super inflated salaries. Management staff sllep on duty etc.

What about the school district. So much money has been stolen it' pitiful. Let's get some account of how much was spent on Board Members travel. No one seems to want to talk about this. But its the reason, many of the kids don't have what they need. It's about time, some real answers were given. If the parents don't, wouldn't or could care less about what happening to their children and their children's education, the tax payers certainly do.
What exactly are we paying for. It would seem that Palmer and city administration, should be asked some hard questions, and all answers should be mandatory, if not for the sake of the children, then at least for the sake of the taxpayers, who are paying and don't have any kids. I understand what's been said about cross the board spending. But, it shouldn't lead to cross the board theft.
