There Goes the Neighborhood

Ed, I am a Bordentown resident. We were talked into allowing low-income housing in what is called the “Point.” All that area is involved in crime now. It is severely bad over there. We had to hire more teachers, and special needs teachers, for the new kids coming into our schools. It is killing our community.

I agree. The existance of the Bradford Pointe Apartments has really given Bordentown Twp the eyesore it never had. Crime has gone up along with special needs costs to the schools. Call them acting like prospective tenants and you'll be able to find more reasons why they should be torn down.

I had a friend who lived in there very temporarily and he woke up on several occasions to workers in his apartment with no prior notice. They even broke the cheap chain lock upon entering.
