Philly commish cuffs and stuffs
One of the Roundtable's loyal, anonymous commenters posted the link and text from a story in Friday's Daily News. It details the arrest of two alleged paperhangers who Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey helped nab Wednesday.
In light of the controversy around Police Chief William Matthews and the protracted pursuit of his state law enforcement certification, I debated making this a post, concerned it could be construed as some kind of editorial commentary.

WOW! See how much better it could be if we had a Police Chief who was a real cop.
My concern is the rumoor i heard that the chief has instructed the police to stop arresting drug dealers because the jail is full of them and start concenrating on jay walkers instead. Stories like this is the kind of BS we get from a Chief that isn't a chief but a person out to keep you know who from getting arrested.
Philly has a real commissioner (chief), not a buffoon, like Coatesville.
