D'town Lieutenant Retiring
Downingtown Lt. Steven Plaugher is retiring after serving for 30 years in the police department.
But he's not going very far.
Plaugher has been selected to be Downingtown's assistant borough manager. The transition is slated to take place at the end of August.

I wish Lt. Plaugher the best in his new career. No doubt he will be a great Asst. Borough manager, he is a great police administrator. Best of luck LT.
Best wishes to Steve Plaugher. I'm certain that he will continue to do an excellent job as shown by his dedication to the Borough of Downingtown.
