A portion of food proceeds from several West Chester restaurants Thursday night will be donated to the West Chester Area YMCA/Police Athletic League.

Area residents can contribute to PAL by eating at the following participating restaurants: Iron Hill, Kildare's, Ryan's, Doc Magrogans, Barnaby's, New Haven Style Pizza and Landmark Americana.

PAL is a youth outreach program operated by local police. The program is intended to build a positive relationship with local youth and at the same time provide children with alternatives to the street life.
