“Dodge 4 Life” DodgeBall

There isn’t a better time to feel good about yourself, help others, support a great cause, develop lifelong friendships, learn leadership skills, and more~ than this Spring!
The American Cancer Society Relay for Life event being held at Penncrest High School on May 9-10, 2008 promises to be ‘all of the above’ and HCI is proud to support and participate in this important Asset-Building effort. Hundreds of students, adults and parents are joining forces to do something positive and even the organizers are amazed with the results! At this time, there are 70 teams and more than 500 participants, ready to do whatever it takes, to raise money for cancer research, education and services for patients and their families. Relay For Life is a team event combining the best elements of a camp-out, block party and walk-a-thon. Event activities include a touching Survivor Celebration, Caregiver Lap and Luminaria Ceremony, with each light bearing an honored loved one’s name.

Proceeds from a recent "Dodge 4 Life" DodgeBall Tournament were presented by Ashley Byrne to Elisa Colkitt, Relay for Life Event Chair and Gina Bitetti, the American Cancer Society Community Income Development Director.
