Lottery lines

Hey, Ed, I’m ticked off by the people who buy Lottery tickets in the morning but they don’t have their numbers ready, so they verbally tell the clerk, number by number, and hold up the line. Then, after they get their tickets and change, they don’t step out of line. Next time that happens, I’m going to fix their face.

Lotto bully

You do that. We need a good front page picture of you first. You think you could e-mail that to me at backtalk@trentonian.com? I would prefer a full face view, but I understand if all you have is the profile shot you got from the lock-up.

I'm gonna assume you were on line to play the lottery, so forgive me if I'm mistaken...

Here's an idea - Don't play the lottery!!!

One doesn't need too much intelligence to realize how much ahead of the game 99.9999999999% of all players would be if they instead invested their money someplace safe, even if it's just a couple of bucks a day.

The lottery is nothing more than a tax on people who are bad at "maff."

So what if people wanna play lottery? U aren't rich from investing a couple of bucks a day, are you? Can you just chill. Keep spending your money the way you want and let others spend it the way they want.

I buy a scratch off every once in a while just for fun. This isn't crippling my retirement fund.

You missed the point completely, but you can't much from someone who can't spell.

Dude, I don't give a rat's scrotum if you play the lottery, live and let live, I say... just don't get your panties in a bunch because someone in front of you in line is taking too much time playing "dey numbaz."

The douche who made the initial BT post apparently thinks taking too much time at the lottery terminal is grounds for a beat-down. THAT'S the dude who needs to "chill."

timeoff To make'em Work if you actuaaly knew what your talking about. Legislation is not just doing it for state workers its for everyone . And you bring up good friday. If you dont pratice a relion thats your problem. Thats why your such an unhappy person. Now because you choose a career that you dont get these days off.You have an issue. And apparently you wish to pass judgement on state workers. Not all are lazy. I work with alot who does more work then you do in a week. Alot no longer receives overtime. And they work twelve hrs. a day to try to make people like you happy. As I tell the state workers, there are people in this world just to complain (as yourself) about how unfair things are.Since they live a very dull life. And don't know how to make themselves happy they want to try to make others lives a mess. You really need to get a life. Since your main concern are hoildays state wokers get. There are so much more major issues to woory about then this.

Hi Ed,I was wondering if the tax payers know once again the state department is wasteing there money once again.First they spent millions of dollars on the rest areas only to close them down. And now they want to shut maint yards down like Edgewaterparks yard and other yards after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on fixing them up.Thats just a waste of our money .If they really want to save us alot money they should stop letting supervision drive state vehicles home and leaving them run all day why they sit in there offices or wherever just to keep the air on or the heater on.They shouldhave to drive to work with there own cars and 4 wheel drives to work like everybody else. But they wont becuse they dont want to sacrafice anything of theres but want others too!Sorry for the long but that just burns me up.Thank Ed, yours truely one pissed state worker P.S.they will be announcing these shut downs shortly
