State of chaos
Hey, Ed, I laughed at Santiago’s statement that he hasn’t called the State Police into Trenton because they have to be trained. Santiago was run out of the State Police for being incompetent. All he has to do is ask the State Police to come in, they don’t have to train them. Their presence alone would stop some of the crime, just by driving around the streets. Santiago doesn’t want to clean up Trenton, he just wants his paycheck and two retirement pensions. I feel sorry for you people in Trenton. I just moved out.

This entire issue has become boring at best. I can't understand the statement either. How would Trenton Police train a state trooper? This is a total joke. Santiago is just using this as another excuse to hide what's really going on. Just because he refuses to protect the citizens of Trenton, he shouldn't try and place the blame on the lack of training on the part of state troopers. No Trenton cop will ever have to teach them anything.
If Santiago only wants to secure two pensions before he retires, who gave him the opportunity to do so. You guessed it right, Mayor Palmer.
