What an article!! Matthews is just talking in circles!!
Matthews sounds like Harry Walker,a lot of words to say nothing.
just what Coatesville needs - more hot air! A lot of words with very little meaning. Easy to tell what team he plays on. Maybe he'll get more lessons from the Harvard grad!
Matthews should have consulted with the two lieutenants and listened to his "staff" about the the bike patrol, community police officer and other initiatives that the department has already made over the past several years to bridge the gap between the officers and the community in Coatesville before he opened his mouth for the interview.
He obviously did not do his homework and doesn’t even know enough to reinvent the wheel.
