The sad part is that the person who did their job and fined her is going to be fired. Patsy better not be spending our tax dollars using the City solicitor to file an appeal.
A couch on your front porch? I put a couch on my front porch once, when I was moving it to the truck parked out front. Only for a minute, though I admit it just looked so nice there that I thought about leaving it there. Of course, then I would have to get a TV for the porch too cause I likes to watch my TV when I sit on my couch but then I would have to run the cable out the door and buy a little table to put my drink and remote on and the TV Guide on......sounded like too much trouble so I just picked the couch up again and put it in the truck. But I can see how it could happen.......sometimes a couch just looks good on the front porch.
The worst part is that the couch has to go and not Patsy. Maybe we can have the code officer remove her and keep the couch? The couch would probably make more sense at the council mettings..
That was just a "tactic" to make it look like codes will come after her too and not just the citizens. She was warned about it back in February and all she had to do was put it out on the curb for trash. After all the other things she has gotten away with since being in council this is just a drop in the bucket.
It is sad when she has to take the codes dept to court. She must not read her codes book to often.I here she got in some trouble at Boscov's in Exton Square Mall? Is this true Jen?
I've heard the same things likely you've all heard, but I can't confirm for you what allegedly happened at Boscov's. Supposedly the Coatesville Ledger will have something on this though...
I've come up with a way Coatesville can get some of it's money back! I sit on my front porch(in my outside chair) I can not tell you how many cars stop at the stop sign in front of my house in in the back are small children bouncing around no seatbelt no child seat. I would personally like to sit on the curb and hand out fines. I would have that dept paid down in no time. Sad but coatesville is the only place I see this kind of abuse.

It is about time she has to pay for something she has done!! This one was not brushed under the rug or cleaned up by someone!!

HMMMMM, good. Coatesville does not need a council woman who cannot speak proper English. KICK HER OUT

If they are laying off 2 of the 4 codes officers... does anyone want to bet that the one who ticketed Ray will get the axe?
Could someone fill us in as to what happened at Boscov's with Patsy? I checked the Coatesville Ledger and found nothing.
See the June 7 through 13 edition of the Ledger.
